Wherever you are at in your career — the beginning, the middle, re-inventing yourself or transitioning to something different, if you want your own personal coach, laser-focused on your specific goals, private coaching is a powerful option.
My goal with my clients is to help you uncover your blind-spots. Then we work together to put that new knowledge into practical, actionable steps you can take to accomplish your goals quickly and efficiently.
My coaching is not for the faint of heart. My coaching is not for you if you are merely interested in your goals. My coaching is for you if you have a deep commitment to your goals and are willing to do the work necessary to accomplish them.
I will be kind. I will encourage and cherish your dreams and your creative endeavors. We will work together in a space of compassion and trust.
I will not pull punches. I will not let you off the hook from what you are committed to. I will challenge you to be the absolute best you can be.
One of my clients came to me lonely, broke and considering leaving the entertainment industry. In the year before working with me, she had had 17 auditions and 1 booking.
The year after we started working together, she generated 54 auditions and 12 bookings – a 1200% increase jobs and income. She enlisted an accomplished mentor to guide her, and started accessing her relationships powerfully and effectively. She developed true believers throughout the industry. She met the love of her life. I toasted them at their wedding and they now have two children.
Another client had an immense amount of experience and expertise in one area of the business, but was having a problem actually getting hired to do that work.
In our process together, we uncovered that she had a story about “it being over for her.” Meaning, she thought her best days were behind her and that she would be lucky to get another job. Needless to say, this is not a very powerful way to go to job interviews!
We uncovered this story, and she was able to give it up. Then we worked together to articulate a new story for her, one in which she was proud of her experience and confident in all that she had to offer to the right company. I helped her define exactly what she did have to offer and we formulated a way to share it effectively and powerfully.
In less than one month, she went on an interview and landed the perfect job — paying better than any other job she’d had previously!
If this resonates with you, then I welcome your inquiry.
